Autobarn Narre Warren is looking for a Fulltime Audio and Accessory Fitter, to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants: To be part of a motivated team of people who love cars. To have access to a huge support network, fitting across a range of cars to keep the work interesting. To work with customers who value your expertise in making their drive more enjoyable. Their own work space. The successful candidate will actively get involved with creating solutions, selling product and training the team to create a strong flow of work into their fit bay. About the role We have an exciting opportunity to join the Autobarn family in the role of Audio and Accessory Fitter , who will assist with achieving store sales targets & provide high quality installation services. Responsibilities Installing audio electrics and other vehicle accessories. Providing exceptional customer service. Working with team members to help customers get the best installation experience. Maintaining fitting service appointments. Creating a safe and secure working environment. Complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures & instructions. Who we are looking for Automotive Electrical Experience: 2 years prior audio and accessory fitting experience. A sound understanding of 12v and 24v automotive electrical systems. Experience working with modern Canbus and integrated technologies. Passion for Car Audio: A keen interest in the latest in car audio technology. You should have hands‑on experience in installing, tuning and troubleshooting car audio systems. Versatility in Installation: Ability to install various car accessories including Roof Racks, Driving Lights and Towbars is highly beneficial. A “can‑do” attitude from someone who loves to get the job done well. Authentic passion for customer service. Eagerness to continuously learn, train, and work with the team.
