The Opportunity As a Personal Trainer at Revo Fitness, you’ll have the chance to run your own business within our network of gyms, making a positive impact on members' fitness journeys. Whether you're an experienced personal trainer or just starting out, this role provides the opportunity to grow your business in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. Key Responsibilities Run Your Own Business: Take charge of your career by operating your own Personal Training business within the Revo Fitness community. Member Experience: Guide and educate members on health and fitness principles, helping them achieve their personal goals. Safe, High-Quality Sessions: Deliver engaging and safe fitness sessions, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of training. Build Community: Foster a positive, thriving community within Revo Fitness by engaging with members and promoting a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other trainers, sharing knowledge, strategies, and resources to ensure everyone's success. Essential Skills and Experience Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent tertiary qualification). Must maintain valid First Aid & CPR Certification. Must maintain valid Insurance for your business. Passion for Health and Fitness: A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives. Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic, with the drive to grow and succeed independently.
