Real Estate & Property Facilities Manager NSW Other Permanent / Full Time Posted : 27 / 11 / 2025 $135,000-$145,000 p / a Property Network of Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to join a leading property investment and management group focused on delivering high-quality retail environments and operational excellence. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing shopping centre operations, compliance, and capital works within the property sector. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, presentation, and compliance of a major shopping centre. You will manage capital works, ensure regulatory standards are met, and drive sustainability initiatives. The position requires strong stakeholder management, contractor oversight, and a proactive approach to risk and safety management. Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead daily operations and presentation of the shopping centre Manage capital works, maintenance, and contractor performance Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory, and environmental standards Oversee operational and capital expenditure budgets Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and stakeholders Drive sustainability and safety initiatives across the asset Qualifications 2-5 years' experience in property or shopping centre operations Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, OHS / WHS, and building codes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver operational projects If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
