About the role As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. About Goodstart Calliope You will be joining a close-knit, 75-place centre with a well-established, family-oriented team that values strong connections between home, the community and the centre.
