Hydrotesting Supervisor

At WSG Eftech, we take pride in having a 100% focus on safe outcomes. Immediate Start Responsibilities Perform hydrostatic testing on HDPE (UG & AG) and metallic piping systems. Conduct pre-test checks: weld integrity, joint quality, flange torque, supports, isolation and pipe readiness. Set up and operate pumps, gauges, manifolds, vents, drains and test blinds. Carry out flushing, filling, de‑airing and controlled pressurisation to required standards. Monitor hold periods, pressure stability and identify leaks or defects. Maintain exclusion zones and ensure all testing activities follow safety procedures and permits. Complete test packs, pressure logs and QA documentation for sign‑off. Coordinate with welders, pipefitters and supervisors during testing and reinstatement. Requirements Mechanical Trade Certificate Hydrotesting experience on site - 2-3 years Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure Good communication skills with supervisors and team members #J-18808-Ljbffr
