Overview About us: The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum’s garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family. Fast forward 26 years we’re a crack team and merry band of misfits united by a common passion for doing amazing things, and at the forefront of pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee. What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Barista who is passionate about coffee and skilled at working in a busy environment, for a permanent full-time role. You will be able to pour precision shots, steam milk to a consistently high standard and of course pour a beautiful cup of coffee. In addition, being able to adjust the grind and work with flavour profiles of espresso to maximise quality. We will provide ongoing training, and we’re super happy to further train the right person to fill any gaps in your knowledge You will also show pride in your customer service skills and can deliver consistently awesome brews. We are looking for someone whose smile never leaves their face and is able to work at a fast pace whilst serving great coffee. This role includes both weekday and weekend work. We’re a strong team and we need another legend to join us Responsibilities Maintain a busy service environment with consistent, high-quality espresso and milk-based drinks. Pour precision shots and adjust grind settings to maximise espresso quality. Deliver friendly, attentive customer service and maintain a positive team environment. Qualifications Experience as a Barista with a passion for coffee. Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and at a fast pace.
