Join our senior leadership team and lead all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) functions across the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, this hands‑on role manages our QHSE systems, drives compliance, supports training/inductions, and contributes to HR needs. No direct reports, but strong collaboration is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Coordinate ECAAS, client HSE audits and CM3 updates. Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and internal procedures. Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and manage incident investigations. Maintain QHSE documentation and support implementation of an electronic safety system. Lead staff inductions (internal/external) and support training, toolbox talks and competency compliance. Support environmental management, waste control and sustainability initiatives. Provide QHSE reporting, continuous improvement actions and tender HSE inputs. Assist management with HR tasks where required. About You Mandatory Cert IV in WHS White Card Driver’s licence Degree in a related field ISO internal auditor training Experience implementing electronic safety/ERP systems Experience 4+ years in QHSE, ideally construction or similar environment Strong understanding of WHS legislation, ISO standards and best practice Confident communicator with strong auditing, reporting and problem‑solving skills Performance Outcomes Reduced incidents and improved audit results Timely completion of onboarding, inductions and training Full compliance of staff certifications and QHSE documentation Successful rollout of electronic safety system Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
