home_work On-site Posted 1 day ago About the Role As our Landscape Foreman, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing a small team, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll have a hands‑on role, supporting the crew while coordinating tasks and problem‑solving on site. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a landscape crew Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities and allocate tasks Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Carry out and oversee hardscape construction including paving, retaining walls, concreting, decking, edging, and other structural works Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation Complete daily reporting and communicate progress to management Ensure all safety and compliance requirements are met Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed About You Minimum 5‑7 years of landscape construction experience Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with hardscapes is essential Ability to read plans and organise workflow effectively Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently White Card (required) Driver’s licence (MR/HR an advantage) Tickets for machinery (e.g., skid steer, excavator) highly regarded What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Supportive team environment and opportunities to grow Variety of projects across residential and commercial sites All tools and equipment provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
