Clinical/General Psychologist & Clinic Deputy Manager We are continuing to expand our service provision and are seeking a qualified Clinical or General Psychologist to join our beautifully appointed practice in Tweed Heads, NSW. Ideally, we are also looking for an experienced clinician who would relish the opportunity to take on leadership and managerial duties as a deputy manager for the clinic. You will be experienced in Medicare and third party funding reporting requirements. You will have experience in administering psychometric assessments. You are someone who has: a strong love of learning; Telehealth experience; ability to work independently; a desire to be an active part of a team and contribute to the evolution of the practice; and excellent interpersonal skills. We believe in creating courageous cultures where people can speak up and resolve issues in a brave manner, therefore you will need to be someone who is willing to have tough conversations. Ability to take on a managerial and leadership role within the clinic would be highly regarded. Full training and support is given, although prior experience would be of benefit.
