The experience you get will be varied, challenging and incredibly rewarding.About The OpportunitySeeking either experienced or new graduate Speech Pathologists to join our team on an ongoing basis so that we can bring life changing therapy to more people.As part of Therapy Pro, you will be able to work from home and in your local community, supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes.You will provide assessment and intervention services to a highly diverse NDIS caseload. You will gain exposure, skills and knowledge from working with clients across the lifespan and of all abilities.With access to industry-renowned therapists, we will support you to draw upon your expertise to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.Our BenefitsFlexibility to work Full time or Part time Trust & autonomy to schedule your day, your way Ability to tailor caseload in paediatrics or lifespan Work part of a multidisciplinary team, explore both community & telehealth assessments & intervention Regular clinical supervision and ongoing access to professional coach and support $6000 approx. per annum vehicle allowance for travel costs (92c per kilometre) $4000 dollars professional development per financial year – we invest in you Resources supplied – Laptop, phone, iPad, assessment & therapy tools Industry low billable targets to provide you with the time to learn, grow & foster connections Strong focus on team connection with team activities and connection hubs A positive and supportive work culture to ensure you feel on purpose, supported and ensures your health and wellbeing.
