About The Role The role of Sales Support staff is to support the Onsite management to achieve the company vision and successfully implement our strategy to be the trade’s most valuable partner. Here you’ll have a future you can feel good about. Work alongside an already experienced Sales Support Team to assist the business's growth, delivering large Commercial Projects helping Build the South Australian landscape. Duties for the role include but are not limited to: Answering a high level of telephone enquiries from commercial customers Timely processing of customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information. Inputting Sales Orders / Data Entry Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability. Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team. Our Ideal Candidate Have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. High level of Computer Literacy and fast processing speed. Ability to work a manage a fast paced / high pressure environment.
