Graphic design experience is a plus but not essential for the right applicant. The role demands accurate design and efficient workmanship to deliver exceptional sites that drive results for the Arrow Sales brand. Collaborate across several in‑house WordPress sites to ensure consistency for Arrow Sales’ and TRADESTORE branding and trade sector focus. Follow structures established by the team to produce quality hyperlocal page designs that generate high‑quality, high‑volume leads. Enjoy lead generation and building high‑converting websites for local business SEO. Work closely with our content team to achieve company marketing goals. Elementor page builder experience is highly desirable. Some sites use Magento, so a good understanding would be helpful. Theme installations, site setups, and troubleshooting are required. Coding experience is essential. Fast‑paced designer able to quickly turn sites around and multitask between current marketing requirements and new lead funnel builds. Graphic design experience highly desirable. Confident in taking on new projects and collaborating with the content team to deliver high‑impact, professional websites that convert. May have experience at an agency or for a service/wholesale business, and looking to take the next step.
