Production Supervisor

Our client is a leading Australian fresh produce company, passionate about bringing the best fruit from farm to table. They're looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead the day shift at their Red Cliffs facility. This is a full‑time position with night shift hours of 2 pm – 10 pm. (Some flexibility required) What You’ll Do Lead and supervise the production team. Liaise with the Quality Supervisor to meet company quality standards. Drive productivity improvements and reduce waste. Promote a safety‑first, positive team culture. Manage production schedules and workflow. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in food or beverage production. Proven leadership in production or operations. Strong understanding of WHS and quality systems. Experience with ISO/GMP/Global G.A.P/HARPS/ICA02/38 is highly regarded. Excellent communicator and team‑builder. Resilient, hands‑on, people‑focused. What’s on Offer Competitive salary package.
