This role is ideally suited to a candidate with domestic trade qualifications that wants to take the first steps towards a career in facilities management. About You: The successful candidate will demonstrate a detailed understanding of the residential building industry and have experience working in a hands‑on trade based role (previous experience in the facilities maintenance industry or a project supervisor role will be highly regarded).
