About this opportunity Operate a range of civil construction equipment: loaders, trucks, backhoes, rollers, and skid steers. Lead hands‑on work in road and drainage maintenance, earthworks, concrete, pipelaying, bitumen, and vegetation management. Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills Licences & Competencies: Valid tickets for loader, backhoe, roller, and skid steer operation. Safety First: Current General Construction Safety "White" Card. Heavy Vehicle Experience: QLD Heavy Rigid Truck 'HR' Class Licence (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). Traffic Management: Traffic Controllers Ticket (or willingness to obtain). Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience operating plant and driving trucks in diverse road conditions.
