With one of the largest listed defence company market capitalisations in Australia, part of the ASX200 index, and having raised approximately $250 million in 2024 alone, DroneShield is undergoing a hyper‑growth stage, fuelled by rapidly increasing use of drones for nefarious applications, from battlefield to terrorism, contraband delivery and commercial espionage. About the Role This newly created Paralegal role supports the General Counsel and legal team in ensuring DroneShield’s legal and compliance frameworks keep pace with its rapid expansion. Interest in intellectual property, global regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
