Our offerings span international and domestic air ticketing, cruises, customized deep-dive tours, group travel packages, visa assistance, and travel insurance. We partner with major Global Distribution Systems, leading Cruise Lines, major International Airlines, and trusted Travel Insurance Providers to deliver seamless experiences Key Responsibilities Assess clients’ travel preferences and requirements, including destinations, budget, travel period, accommodation needs, and special interests. Develop and recommend suitable travel itineraries by comparing available routes, transport options, and overall convenience for domestic and international trips. Arrange, confirm, and manage reservations for flights, accommodation, tours, and transport connections such as trains, ferries, and buses. Provide clients with detailed travel information, including schedules, baggage allowances, visa and health requirements, and local customs regulations. Use Global Distribution Systems efficiently to search flights, issue tickets, manage group bookings, and perform revalidations or reissuances. Collaborate with tour operators, travel wholesalers, and consolidators to obtain competitive rates and ensure service quality. Assist clients with visa documentation, travel insurance, and other mandatory travel clearances, ensuring all travel documents are complete and compliant. Respond promptly to changes, cancellations, or disruptions, and resolve issues related to bookings, payments, or travel documentation. Provide accurate quotations, issue itineraries, vouchers, and tickets, and maintain complete transaction and payment records. Advise travellers on local attractions, cultural practices, and safety recommendations, offering personalized travel advice to enhance client experience. Qualifications Minimum of one year of full-time working experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar travel industry role is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to use a Global Distribution System is essential. Strong geographical knowledge of diverse global travel destinations and routes is highly regarded.
