Dispensary Technician

We’re seeking a committed Dispensary Technician to join our friendly team at TerryWhite Chemmart Shepparton. In this role, you’ll support our pharmacists with accurate and efficient dispensing, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a well‑organised dispensary. Key responsibilities Assist with dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Maintain dispensary inventory, including ordering and stock control. Support PBS processing and administrative tasks. Uphold quality, safety, and confidentiality standards. Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to deliver outstanding care. About you Experience in dispensing is an advantage. Certificate II/III in Community Pharmacy (or working towards) preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, team‑focused, and eager to learn. Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
