About You You must be experienced in delivering varied lifestyle programs and also comfortable with learning new technology to make difference to our residents' physiological, physical and emotional wellbeing Previous experience in a similar position as a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant is desirable Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing), is a minimum requirement for this role Preferred applicants will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent or Cert IV in Ageing and significant demonstrated Lifestyle experience Current First Aid Certificate and CPR National Police Check (within the last 12 months) We believe the Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant is a valued member of the Lifestyle team.
