Strategic development and implementation of Digital Engineering Balcatta based with site travel Digital Engineering across the full Project lifecycle in-line with the DEJV approach of innovating to maximise quality, improve efficiency, reduce risk and foster collaboration. THE ROLE Lead and drive the implementation of the Digital Engineering function, providing support to the Engineering Manager Maintain a secure, evergreen Digital Engineering (DE) project space/Common Data Environment (CDE) in line with cyber-security protocols, ensure consistent accessibility for project staff Implementation of the Digital Engineering Execution Plan for projects Responsible for the integration and federation of discipline and trade package models Oversee subcontractor and trade package digital workflows, submission standards and coordination meetings Designer submission information management Survey and on-site construction data management and integration Spatial coordination and hard & soft clash assessments Project modelling and drafting Issue management, resolution and coordination, including generating Technical Queries, Requests for Information Modelling and drafting project requirements Driving solutions for Engineering sign-off and leading resolution workshops for complex issues Quality Assurance & Control process for subcontractor digital data submission and review process Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement software/hardware ABOUT YOU Australian Citizenship (requirement for Defence projects) Demonstrated experience implementing Digital Engineering on large scale multidisciplinary Construction Projects Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Extensive experience managing Digital Engineering projects including knowledge and understanding of relevant codes such as ISO19650 Experience adopting a range of 3D modelling, CAD, BIM and visualisation software applications and working with point cloud data and survey information Prior experience managing stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach to problem solving, driving project outcomes Proficiency with applications such as 12D, Revizto, Navisworks Manage, Revit or similar highly desirable THE BENEFITS Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Access to everyday discounts from Australia’s leading retailers with Flare Paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers ABOUT US The Duratec group of Companies is an ASX listed, solutions–driven business specialising in the protection, remediation, and enhancement of steel and concrete structures.
