We’re Planet Fitness Job Skill Set Requirements Excellent phone and communication skills Ability to follow directions well Ability to work well independently Must have an upbeat and motivating attitude Punctual and organized Remit Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests Monitoring club access for members and non‑members Answering questions and handling member complaints Explaining the Judgement Free Zone to all members and non‑members Answering info calls over the phone and taking messages Giving club tours Executing membership sales, completing membership agreements and entering new members into the database Operating the Point‑of‑Sale system and collecting any balances of past‑due accounts Making appointments for PE @ PF hourly sessions Organizing and maintaining the customer service front desk Completing member welcome calls Completing daily cleaning zones as assigned by the management team Completing club walk‑arounds Assisting with club housekeeping and restocking paper products in the locker room Performing beginning‑of‑day and end‑of‑day procedures Being available to newer team members for questions and guidance Completing monthly Black Card Spa maintenance as assigned by the management team Experience / Qualifications Previous customer service experience is advantageous Certificate 3 in Fitness First Aid and CPR certified (must provide a copy of the certification or be willing to obtain within the first three weeks) Must have a valid WWC (working with children) certificate/number for NSW & VIC or a Blue Card for QLD from employment commencement or proof that the process has started Must have completed a National Police Check certificate (note: the NPC certificate must be within 12 months of application date) Bravo Core Values Faith & Grit Guardian Of The Gate 1% Better Every Day Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Other Industry Health, Wellness & Fitness #J-18808-Ljbffr
