Connect ’n’ Grow is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) dedicated to delivering high-quality health and community services training to secondary school students across Queensland. We partner with schools to provide nationally recognised training that creates clear and meaningful pathways into healthcare and social services careers. Our programs empower young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to pursue further education or enter the workforce job‑ready. With a strong focus on practical learning and industry relevance, we are passionate about building a future health and social services workforce. Job Description Due to growth within South Australia, we are seeking expression of interest for Health Trainers to provide vocational training and assessment services for multiple classes across Health and Community Services qualifications. You will work closely with our team based in South Australia as well as Queensland and deliver quality training from our Elizabeth Health Hub and partner schools. About You At least 3 years of experience in delivering vocational education and training in health‑related subjects – Desirable Passionate about the difference health education can make in the world Strong health and/or human services industry background Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Able to work autonomously and problem‑solve Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain qualification) Open to part‑time (0.8 FTE or 4 days a week) or full‑time basis If this role sounds like you and you are looking to work for an exciting and rewarding organisation, click APPLY and include a one‑page cover letter & resume.
