Join our fifth ARH Specialist and Emergency Hospital in the booming Greater Western Sydney corridor. Seize a clinical leadership role with amazing growth potential. About the role As an ECC Team Lead at ARH Greater Western Sydney you will play an integral part in the growth of the hospital. This clinical-first role includes leading ECC shifts (days, evenings, overnights, weekends) with a flexible roster designed to support your work/life balance, setting best‑practice processes and sharing the hospital vision with your team. Collaborate with management on growth strategies, mentor staff through feedback and support recruitment (with referral bonuses). Where you will be working Work in a purpose-built hospital featuring state-of-the-art tools like IDEXX suites, Phillips ultrasound, Siemens MRI/CT and a dedicated ICU with three theatres. Benefit from Smartflow management and Pet Ambulance services supported by a collaborative team. Qualifications You must hold a veterinary degree available for registration in New South Wales. Minimum of 5 years working in a 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Care hospital. A demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams. Strategic thinking to refine and grow the service. A team player, good communicator and committed to building a positive workplace environment. Dedication to delivering compassionate and high‑quality veterinary care.
