Our work is technically challenging, programme-driven, and quality-critical. This role is not suited to residential or light commercial backgrounds . We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with extensive, proven experience in the Tier 2 commercial heavy refurbishment space —someone who understands live environments, constrained sites, staging, sequencing, and the realities of high-risk refurbishment works. The Role As Site Supervisor, you will provide strong onsite leadership across Structum’s trade works, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and productivity are delivered to a high professional standard. You will be hands‑on, decisive, organised, and capable of managing complex site conditions while leading crews and subcontractors effectively. This is a senior supervisory role requiring technical competence, commercial awareness, and leadership maturity . Key Objectives Provide onsite leadership aligned with Structum’s Vision and Values Drive a positive, accountable team culture Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all workers and subcontractors Deliver above-standard quality with a focus on zero re‑work and zero defects Contribute to the strategic delivery of Structum’s trade works on complex projects Personal Qualities Honest, respectful, and professional in all interactions Strong team player focused on getting the best out of others Confident problem solver who enjoys challenging, high-pressure environments Highly organised, meticulous, and punctual Driven and outcome-focused Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback Core Responsibilities Direct and supervise all onsite work activities Plan and sequence daily works and communicate priorities clearly Prepare and adjust short-range programs to suit site conditions Procure materials, equipment, and labour to meet programme milestones Identify and resolve resource shortfalls in consultation with the Operations Manager Proactively communicate labour and equipment needs using Structum systems (Neo Intelligence) Set out works accurately, ensuring correct formwork, bracing, and concrete levels Select appropriate concrete mixes, placement methods, and finishing techniques Maintain detailed daily site diaries including labour, weather, delays, variations, and deliveries Maintain photographic records of reinforcement, completed works, defects, and daily progress Verify deliveries and submit all dockets, receipts, and invoices promptly Attend subcontractor coordination meetings and site safety walks Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety checks Manage stock levels and reorder materials proactively Ensure all workers and subcontractors are inducted and PPE compliant Manage labour efficiently to minimise overtime Participate in safety planning, risk assessments, and client coordination Complete all ITPs, QA/QC documentation, and pre-pour checklists Willingly perform hands-on trade works (formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement) when required Essential Experience & Knowledge This role requires extensive experience in Tier 2 commercial heavy refurbishment.
