Mobile Physiotherapist – 3+ Years Experience | Autonomy + Real Growth Path Brisbane & Ipswich | Community-Based Mobile Care About the Role You’ll deliver mobile physiotherapy to NDIS and private clients across Brisbane and Ipswich. You’ll treat clients in homes, schools and community settings. You’ll build strong rapport, deliver great outcomes and take ownership of your caseload. This role suits someone confident, independent and driven. Not suitable for new graduates. What You’ll Get $90,000–$110,000 base salary (experience dependent) 12% superannuation Quarterly profit‑share bonus , starting at 25% above KPI thresholds Strong referral flow — we invest heavily in marketing to build your caseload Support from an experienced team and clinical lead Clear workflows and AI‑supported documentation to keep admin tight A mix of paediatrics, disability, musculoskeletal and community work Flexibility That’s Actually Real As long as patient needs come first, you can schedule your work around your life.
