We are now looking for a Reservation Manager to lead our reservations and guest experience operations. This is a remote position (work from home) operating on a roster‑based schedule with flexibility and full support from our national team. You will be required to come to the Sydney office for a nightly session. About the Role As the Reservation Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring a smooth guest journey from booking to check‑out. You’ll manage a small reservations team (including our offshore staff), optimise conversion rates, uphold our 5‑star service standard, and ensure every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally, and with care. Key Responsibilities Lead the reservations team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Manage booking enquiries across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and our direct channels. Maximise conversion and occupancy through efficient response times and attention to detail. Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of the offshore reservations team. Oversee rate management, calendar accuracy, and property availability in coordination with our operations and revenue departments. Handle escalated guest issues or special requests with professionalism and empathy. Ensure all procedures comply with company service standards and operational guidelines. About You You’re an experienced hospitality or property professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, tech‑enabled environment. You know how to balance guest satisfaction with business outcomes and have the leadership skills to guide a team toward excellence. We’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience in reservations, guest services, or property management. Experience with property management systems (PMS) such as HomeHero, Guesty, RMS, or similar. Strong understanding of short‑term rental platforms and guest communication protocols. Proven ability to lead and train a small team, including offshore staff. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills. Flexibility to work on a roster, including weekends or public holidays when required.
