This role starts as a Team Leader, managing small crews and ensuring high-quality results across our sites. Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights, including work visa holders. A few musts: Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape maintenance or gardening, also open to applicants with less than 2 years experience Australian Driver's licence Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team Friendly and able to develop good rapport with clients and our team Fit, reliable, and willing to work in all weather conditions Honest, hard-working, and takes pride in their work Experience managing small teams of 1-2 people (Not essential) Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
