As the Approved Providers and Managers of the service, we work directly with our team and children to promote team ethics and to provide support to educators, promoting best practice. We are a private centre licensed for 114 children per day and our environment can be fast paced at times as we provide care to more than 300 children from our local community. Little Learners has an opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher to open and deliver our Government Approved Kindergarten Program for Kindergarten Space. Our Service is looking for someone who is passionate about committing long term to a motivated and dedicated team of Early Childhood Professionals. You will have proven experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and demonstrate knowledge and understanding within the Early Childhood Sector. The successful candidate must have knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and experience with programming, planning and implementation of experiences, leading, guiding and coaching team members in best practice. Our service has a variety of additional need children and families and experience with inclusion would be beneficial, but not essential. The position is for 38 hours a week and shift times can be set and we can also offer some flexibility for work life balance, although on occasions there is a requirement to alter these, so we can all work together and play our part by rotating our close shift to share this around between staff. The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent and hold relevant teaching registration through the Teachers Registration Board SA, DCSI clearance, RAN certification and First Aid with Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
