Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr Property Valuer (accredited CPV or RPV) Homebush, Sydney NSW Full-time – 5-day work week onsite (move to Parramatta in early 2026) Salary: $100k to $150K p.a (negotiable pending demonstrated experience + super) MUST have full working rights About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join Duo Group as a full-time Property Valuer with either certification as CPV or RPV to be based in our Homebush, NSW office. As a leading property services company, we are seeking a talented and experienced property valuer with current certification from Australian Property Institute (API) to join our PV team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality residential property valuations to support our clients' critical business decisions. Candidates must have full unrestricted working rights. What you'll be doing Conducting comprehensive property analysis and market research to determine accurate property values. Preparing detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored valuation solutions. Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices. Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Duo Group's valuation services. What we're looking for A recognised property valuation qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Property, Real Estate, or a related field. Current RPV and/or CPV registration is required at the time of application. A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience specifically in residential/commercial property valuation is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry changes and best practices. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
