Job Type Full‑time Pay $33+ per hour ($65,200+ per annum) plus potential commission, bonuses, and tips. Expected Hours 38 hours per week About Dript Exterior Cleaning is a premium exterior cleaning company serving Brisbane and surrounding areas. We specialize in house washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and solar panel cleanings, helping our clients protect and improve their properties. What We Are Looking For Full‑time staff who are fit A valid driver’s licence Confidence working at heights (we will provide paid training both in house and for professional certifications) Good ability to problem solve Willingness to work outdoors A professional and reliable attitude Bonuses (Not Necessary) Experience working outdoors for service‑based businesses (painting, landscaping, carpet cleaning, mowing, etc.) Exterior cleaning experience What A Day In The Life Will Look Like Arrive at the depot or job site to prep and check equipment Drive to client properties Set up hoses, ladders, and safety gear Perform exterior cleaning (house washing, roof cleaning, windows, pressure washing, whichever is required) Inspect work and take photos Communicate politely with clients Pack down equipment and tidy up Complete basic job reports through our software Other tasks may include attending training and team meetings What We Offer Full training provided – just bring a positive attitude towards learning Opportunity to move into leadership positions for motivated candidates Mon‑Fri opportunities with occasional Saturday Local work at a variety of properties as the majority of our jobs are in the Central Brisbane area Industry‑leading equipment to make your job easier Performance bonuses Employee mentoring program Work Location Meet at office then drive to job site.
