We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our exceptional team on the Sunshine Coast. This role is suited to a clinician with depth: skilled hands, refined communication, holistic understanding, and a desire to shape the future of our services. Part‑time or full‑time is available for the right candidate. Who We’re Looking For You’re an experienced clinician who brings a blend of technical skill, emotional intelligence, and innovation. You understand that outcomes are shaped not only by treatment, but by connection, clarity, and support. Treat the whole person You are confident integrating: Manual therapy Movement-based rehabilitation (Pilates, yoga, functional exercise) Education around sleep, stress, nervous system regulation, social connection and lifestyle factors You see the body in context, not isolation. Have Advanced Clinical Skill You bring strong hands‑on and pain-reducing capabilities, ideally including: Manual therapy Dry needling or acupuncture Knowledge of load management & exercise progression An interest in nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle influences on pain Supportive Presence Help patients feel heard, understood and genuinely supported Hold space for complex presentations Communicate with clarity and confidence Your presence alone helps people feel safe, hopeful and ready to change.
