Our 68‑bed residential aged care facility provides a welcoming, homelike environment for older people with low care, high care, and dementia‑specific needs. Role Overview We are seeking Aged Care Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our team. The role involves leading quality care for older persons and contributing to high‑quality, resident‑focused care. What We Offer Permanent full‑time & part‑time positions Competitive remunerations Salary packaging benefits available (NFP organisation) including meals & entertainment card, totalling up to $18,500 per annum A secure and strong leadership structure Who We Are Looking For Clinically strong, confident in providing safe, evidence‑based care Experienced in resident assessments, care planning and documentation that meets regulatory standards Proactive at addressing clinical issues and contributing to a safe responsive care environment An articulate natural communicator who collaborates with all stakeholders invested in the delivery of seamless person‑centred care Committed to excellence, with a desire to continually improve practice and outcomes Empathetic and kind, treating residents and families as you would your own Values‑driven, showing respect, dignity, and compassion in every interaction Team‑focused, contributing positively to our workplace culture and supporting your colleagues Emotionally intelligent, understanding the needs, fears, and hopes of older people Current AHPRA Registration (Division 1 Registered Nurse) or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Registration Minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in aged care Applicants must have the ability to reliably commute to Violet Town on a regular basis – overseas applicants cannot be considered for these roles Application Process Please apply today.
