Overview of the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Carpenter to take charge and integrate with a growing team across current and upcoming projects on the Gold Coast. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll demonstrate technical excellence while mentoring and guiding others. You’ll play a key part in delivering projects on time and to the highest standards, while working collaboratively within a supportive and professional environment. About the Role Lead and mentor a team of carpenters on residential projects Carry out high‑quality carpentry from set‑out through to completion Coordinate tasks to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to budgetDirect and oversee subcontractors to achieve quality outcomes Maintain excellent communication with clients, supervisors, and team members Overview of the Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail‑oriented tradesperson with at least 5 years’ post‑qualification experience . You are passionate about residential building, thrive on working across renovations and additions, and enjoy bringing structure and leadership to a project. With your own ute, tools, and a strong sense of responsibility, you’re ready to lead from the front.
