Christmas Casual - NEW Fountain Gate Location Opening SOON Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new adidas store and being a part of our expansion in Australia? We are seeking CHRISTMAS CASUALS to work at our 2 X NEW stores due to open late 2025 in Fountain Gate, Vic over the christmas period. Successful candidates will be starting early November 2025 to ensure adequate training before we commence our bump in and store trade for these highly anticipated locations in the busiest period of the year Opportunities to remain permanently employed will be pending individual fulfillment and available vacancies – please note due to such fast expansion in adidas Pacific, this is a great time to join our brand if you’d like to grow your career with us. Key responsibilities Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Requirements To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Working Hours To be considered for the role you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
