Our Department Managers play a key role in managing the daily store operations and managing their department end to end. Lead in-store processes, including inventory management, product availability and merchandise standards. Department Managers lead safety initiatives and drive a safety-first culture within their direct team and across the broader store team. Foster a high-performance culture and ensuring strong team engagement by leading our values, ways of working and expected behaviours Proven experience in leading teams, building relationships, and driving change Be an organised, detail focused and self‑motivated team player Implement safety processes to ensure compliance within SOP regulations.
