We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Warehouse Assistant to join our small but mighty team. About the Role As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every order is accurately picked, packed, and ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help keep our operations running smoothly, ensuring our customers receive a seamless shopping experience from warehouse to doorstep. Key Responsibilities Accurately and quickly pick and pack customer orders to meet delivery deadlines Assist with processing returns and restocking items Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment compliant with safety standards Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily targets Participate in regular stocktakes and assist with inventory checks Physical fitness - this role will involve some heavy lifting of stock (ability required to lift a carton of shoes of up to 10 - 12 kilos), climbing a ladder and working on your feet. Assist with inbound stock processing, including unloading deliveries, counting inventory, and organizing stock. Availability must include Monday’s during the day. About You Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience (preferred but not essential) Confident using computers and warehouse management systems A keen eye for detail- accuracy is key High quality standards Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting A team player with a positive attitude Physically fit – able to be on your feet and lift boxes - able to lift a carton of shoes (up to approx 10-12 kilos) Physical fitness, as this role will involve some heavy lifting of stock, climbing a ladder working on your feet.
