About The Role As the Senior FX Dealer, you’ll be an integral sales team member managing a high performing Asia-focused desk, handling your clients’ hedging requirements. Reporting to the State Dealing Manager, this role will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, using your knowledge of the foreign exchange industry and payment solutions to support clients’ cash flow, product pricing and profitability. You’ll drive account retention and growth of wallet share through strong relationship management and a solid understanding of Corpay’s products, platforms, and offerings. You will work closely with internal departments to facilitate seamless activation for customers with FX hedging needs, ensuring a smooth and timely customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients’ hedging requirements in Asia. Qualifications / About You This role suits someone passionate about global financial markets and foreign exchange. You will need strong communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin. You should be able to work autonomously, manage deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong numerical skills with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have extensive Business Development and Relationship Management experience with key stakeholders. What you’ll need to succeed At least 3 years of account management experience in a middle office or client-facing role; preferably within the financial services industry. Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus. FX experience is an advantage. Proven success growing the value of a portfolio and/or achieving specific sales and service targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
