Job Opportunity: Skipper & Crew – The Jungle Float (Kids Party Boat) The Jungle Float is a fun and adventurous kids party boat featuring slides, swings, and jumping platforms , operating out of Clontarf and Balmoral beaches . We’re looking for reliable, skilled and safety-conscious skipper and crew to take charge of our 12-meter tiller-driven vessel , ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable time for all guests. About the Role Your day starts at The Spit Bridge marina, taking the Jungle Float out to Clontarf or Balmoral for a day of fun on the water. Here, you will securely anchor the boat and work alongside one crew member to ensure everything runs smoothly for up to 38 excited passengers. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 12m tiller-driven vessel in varying weather (skipper only). Anchor securely and manage vessel positioning throughout the day. Provide a safety briefing, supervise one crew member and ensure passenger safety at all times. Monitor weather forecasts and make informed decisions throughout the day. Provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests. Qualifications & Requirements Coxswain Grade 3 NC or higher (essential) - Skipper Only Basic Emergency Life Support (HLTAID010) (essential) Proven experience operating similar vessels - Skipper Only Strong anchoring and weather assessment skills - Skipper Only Excellent communication and leadership abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
