Digital Marketing Lead

We are a small, creative tech company that builds unique, innovative hardware and software solutions for asset management, surveying, and aerial mapping. Some of your efforts may spill over to support our sister company 61Aero, in airborne mapping and geophysics.
Working with our tech team to understand this technology, you will help define our messaging and roll out the most effective ways to build exposure and find prospects. Our sales process will follow, based on true engagement with customers.
A varied and challenging role and a very key position to engage new prospects, boost our sales and revenue, and accelerate the growth of the company. We're on the launchpad, the potential is huge.
The role is both strategic and hands-on, across the range of digital marketing tech. If you're the right person, you know what we need. Your expertise will drive the planning and execution of our marketing processes.
Responsibilities:Improve and manage our websites, content, and SEOCRM integration, automations, and managementPress releasesSocial media (B2B) including LinkedIn lead generationDigital media production, graphic arts, and videoGoogle Analytics, AdWordsFacilitate and optimize our attendance at conferences and exhibitions as we growProvide recommendations for marketing strategiesEngage with our amazing tech team, hardware and software, to understand what we are building and where our markets lie. Understand from our directors the strategic vision of our business and help us achieve that.
The work may be part-time to start, 20 hours/week minimum, with the potential to become a full-time role quickly as your success in driving leads turns into valuable sales.
Face-to-face presence in Nowra is required, with 2 or 3 days a week in the office and the rest remote.
The role suits recent graduates who are tech-savvy and can take a guiding role, being proactive in finding the most effective areas to focus efforts.
