As a respected organisation entering a bold new era of AI and data transformation, we are seeking an AI Governance Lead to help shape and operationalise the frameworks that will underpin the next generation of responsible, value-driven innovation. This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in establishing best‑practice governance for AI systems and analytics initiatives that are becoming core to how the business operates. You’ll be part of a small, high‑impact AI team dedicated to embedding artificial intelligence in a way that enhances efficiency, insight, and customer outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability. Lead the design and implementation of a robust AI governance framework that balances innovation with risk management. Partner with senior leaders to embed transparency, accountability, and ethical AI practices across all business initiatives. Shape the future of responsible AI adoption, ensuring systems are safe, compliant, and delivering measurable value. You will coordinate an internal project AI Governance group, facilitate informed decision‑making among senior stakeholders, and design clear engagement pathways that make it easier for business units to collaborate with AI teams. The role moves quickly from design to delivery, bringing governance principles to life through operational oversight of live AI systems, while building strong partnerships across technology, data, risk, and cybersecurity.
