About The Role As a People & Capability Partner, you will work closely with leaders and teams to shape and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational capability. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions. Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance reviews, and career development. Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Provide coaching and guidance on complex employee relations matters. Drive capability‑building programs to enhance leadership and team performance. Analyse HR metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. About You Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar strategic HR role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practice HR processes. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically while delivering practical solutions. Passionate about people development and creating a positive workplace culture.
