About the Role Underdale Waste Management is seeking experienced and motivated Vacuum Truck Operators to join our dynamic and fast‑paced team. Based in Lonsdale, SA, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our hydro vacuum equipment, delivering high‑quality services to our clients and building strong working relationships. We offer competitive remuneration, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Performing essential tasks such as non‑destructive digging & vacuum loading. Conducting thorough daily pre‑start checks on vehicles and performing regular equipment maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and compliance. Strictly adhering to all WHS obligations and safety protocols, consistently using appropriate PPE, and actively promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Accurately completing all necessary paperwork and maintaining detailed records. Completing daily projects efficiently and to a high professional standard, always representing Underdale Waste Management positively and ensuring excellent customer service. About You Previous experience in Non‑Destructive Digging & Vacuum Loading. A minimum of 1‑2 years of Non‑Destructive Digging & Vacuum Loading experience is required. A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. A Construction Industry White Card (essential).
