Excel Wealth – Sunshine Coast Full‑time or Permanent Part‑time (Flexible Hours) – Office Based Excel Wealth is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our professional team on the Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will work closely with our financial adviser and play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience. This role is office based and can be full‑time or permanent part‑time for the right candidate, with flexible daily working hours. About the role You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support, managing the smooth implementation of advice, and helping us continually improve our processes. The role also acts as a key liaison between the adviser, our clients, and external providers. You’ll be joining a friendly, motivated and professional team, and we’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and committed to exceeding client expectations. Key responsibilities Manage the implementation of advice for new and existing clients, including post‑implementation checks Prepare documentation and file notes for client meetings Provide day‑to‑day administration and develop strong, ongoing relationships with clients Liaise with stakeholders such as superannuation funds, investment platforms, insurers and Centrelink Manage workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and the regulatory framework at all times Schedule and confirm client appointments and manage the adviser’s calendar About you Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: Experience in a client service role within the financial planning/wealth management industry Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to build trusted, long‑term relationships with clients and external stakeholders Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent computer literacy and a confident, professional phone manner How to apply Please email your cover letter (detailing your experience and suitability for the role) and CV to: *****@excelwealth.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
