Product Analyst (Product Operations) Equifax North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Join our team as a Product Analyst in the Product Strategy and Operations team, reporting directly into the Head of Product Operations. You will support Equifax’s product strategy during a critical growth phase, helping to develop operational cadence and product strategy that drives market share expansion. Your role will involve understanding market needs, defining product strategy, and collaborating across teams to deliver solutions that grow our market presence. Responsibilities Design, coordinate, and continuously evolve our product operating cadences, including annual planning, half‑yearly planning, monthly product reviews, and weekly team check‑ins. Bring structure and impact to how we plan, execute, and measure product initiatives across a complex, multi‑squad environment. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to iterate on product marketing collateral and other go‑to‑market artifacts such as product innovation days. Highlight improvement opportunities in key documents like PRDs, roadmaps, and other portfolio artifacts. Serve as a trusted point of coordination and facilitate communication between Product and other teams such as Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Legal. Participate in customer research and testing across product initiatives, gathering real‑world feedback on new and existing product lines. Contribute to building models that demonstrate strategic opportunities, including investment and revenue projections. Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Operations Manager to optimise product lifecycles and go‑to‑market strategies. Support the creation of internal training materials for new Product Operation processes or systems. Work with Product Designers to standardise user research and feedback collection to inform product enhancements. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to Product Operations Leadership. Embrace a fast‑paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional product experiences. Champion internal tooling and documentation hygiene, ensuring teams have the right resources and clarity. Play a key role in building a strong, connected product culture that reflects Equifax’s values, facilitating initiatives that improve team cohesion, collaboration, and trust. Qualifications 2+ years in product operations, product management, product marketing, or product design within a financial services or technology company. Experience designing and executing complex operating rhythms at scale. Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior leadership down to squad‑level contributors. Deep empathy for product teams and a passion for enabling them to do their best work. Ability to balance structure and flexibility—knowing when to formalise and when to adapt. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a knack for simplifying the complex. Strong stakeholder management skills across a global Product team. Proficiency in using product collaboration and planning tools such as Confluence, Jira, Aha, Walkme, etc. What Could Set You Apart Experience working in an Agile environment.
