Structural Draftsperson

About THE ROLE Our Structural team are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced full-time Structural Draftsperson. This role requires a proactive individual with the following capabilities: Have an understanding of structural engineering concepts Can receive hand mark ups and Bluebeam PDF mark ups, from a structural engineer, and produce a REVIT model and resultant drawings, to suit the project requirements Can provide REVIT modelling documentation for LOD 100 (Concept Design), LOD 200 (Schematic Design), LOD 300 (Detailed Design) and LOD 350 (Construction Documentation) Under direction can carry out coordination of services with other services and building structure Under the direction of the discipline lead, manage oneself in terms of time, priorities, and workload from engineers Be able to actively communicate with other modelers and engineers in the business, working to deliver project deliverables in a consolidated manner within agreed timeframes Selection Criteria Diploma or certificate in structural engineering or related field (highly regarded) Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the industry Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam software Provide a positive contribution to team dynamics Benefits (Why join FORTH) With almost 50 staff, FORTH are extremely proud of our excellent workplace culture and positive employee relationships.
