In-House Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Entry-Level Opportunity | Global CRO Location: Sydney or Brisbane Company: Global Clinical Research Organisation Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you a Study Coordinator working at a Clinical Trial Site ready to take the next step in your career? This is your opportunity to transition into a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role with a leading global CRO renowned for its training, development and internal career progression to join a brand new team built through being accepted into their academy program. About the Role As an In-House CRA, you’ll be trained and supported to develop into a fully independent monitoring CRA within 12 months (based on performance). You’ll work closely with experienced CRAs and Project Managers to support the delivery of clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. You’ll gain hands-on experience in: Assisting in the oversight and management of clinical trial sites Reviewing essential documents and maintaining trial master files (TMFs) Supporting site start-up and feasibility activities Conducting remote monitoring visits and data reviews Ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements What We’re Looking For 9-12 months experience as a Study Coordinator, Clinical Trials Assistant or similar - Essential to come for a site-based clinical research role Strong understanding of GCP and clinical trial processes Excellent attention to detail and communication skills A proactive, learning mindset with a passion for progressing into a CRA career Must have valid driving licence Remote role with once per month visits to the office Living within 40km radius of metropolitan area is required Start date is 1st December 2025 - Not negotiable Why Join?
