Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC today Key accountabilities of this role Solution Design, Architecture : Take the lead in designing and implementing end-to-end AI/ML solutions throughout the project lifecycle—from data ingestion and transformation, through model deployment, monitoring, and optimisation. Architect robust solutions for complex business challenges by seamlessly integrating advanced data architecture principles with cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks and libraries. Leverage expertise in medallion data architecture to build scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines, ensuring optimal governance and storage strategies that support high-volume AI workloads. Utilize prompt engineering and APIs from major LLM providers (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service) to enhance solution effectiveness and ensure data architecture underpins reliable and high-performing AI models. Data Architecture Leadership : Leverage previous experience in medallion data architecture to design optimal data pipelines, data governance strategies, and data storage solutions that support large-scale Data, AI workloads. Agentic AI Expertise : Architect and develop systems utilizing agentic AI frameworks, including the design of autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and prompt engineering strategies to solve complex problems. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, such as generative AI, multi-modal systems, and agentic frameworks, and assess their potential business application. Deep NLP/LLM Expertise : Extensive experience with natural language processing techniques, transformer architectures, and the application of Large Language Models to solve complex business problems. Frameworks & Libraries : Proficiency with key AI/ML and NLP frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, NLTK, SpaCy). Prompt Engineering : Practical experience with prompt engineering techniques and working with APIs from major LLM providers (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service). Tech Stack Management : Act as the subject matter expert for the Azure AI ecosystem (Azure AI Foundry, Fabric, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services) and Databricks capabilities (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Mosaic AI). Model Integration : Evaluate, select, and integrate new and emerging AI models (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models) into the enterprise architecture, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and security. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with Platform & Data architects, data scientists, data engineers, delivery leads, and senior business stakeholders to define requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Governance & Best Practices : Define and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and best practices for AI/ML development and deployment. Ensure AI solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements, including ethical AI guidelines.
