Role: Intensive Support Partner Location: Supporting services across Regional QLD – Role based out of Cairns Employment Type : Permanent Full-time Step into a high-impact role where your leadership transforms centre performance during critical moments. As an Intensive Support Partner , you’ll lead in challenging environments, stabilise performance, uplift capability, and guide centres back on track—ensuring children, families and teams thrive with quality, safety and consistency. This role requires an Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) qualification to enable working in ratio if required, along with sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
