About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project BIM Manager to join our Health team in our Sydney Studio. This role is ideal for a BIM Manager who thrives on shaping innovative concepts while also having the expertise to guide projects through all phases of development. You will have the opportunity to be part of a Health BIM team and lead large project delivery, drive innovation, and help shape the direction of our Health sector work. Key Responsibilities Support project delivery, ensuring technical integrity and translating design concepts into high‑quality, constructible outcomes. Drive BIM and digital best practices, working closely with our national Health Digital Lead, fellow BIM Leads across Australia, and project teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality. Mentor and support teams, fostering technical excellence and guiding projects through all phases of design and documentation. Collaborate with project teams to refine and develop designs, contributing from concept to detailed documentation. Engage with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of design outcomes with broader project objectives. Champion both creative and technical excellence, balancing design innovation with practical, buildable solutions. Clash detection and 3D coordination using Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC model collaboration. About You 5+ years post‑graduate experience. Strong back‑end technical skills, with a passion for leading and implementing digital best‑practice across all project stages. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Comprehensive project experience, including design development, documentation, and project delivery. Demonstrated experience on Health projects (preferred). Exceptional digital communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas through compelling imagery and diagrams. Extensive proficiency in Revit, with 6+ years of experience working on complex architectural projects. Employee Benefits Flexible work options including recuperation time and work from home days.
