We are a long standing locally owned and operated business based in central Victoria, and service customers across central and northern Victoria. We provide test and tag as well as Essential Safety Measure services and have a strong focus on Safety and Compliance. An amazing opportunity is now available for a Testing and Tagging Technician to join our team based in Bendigo. THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Test and Tag Leading Hand, this role is responsible for conducting work to meet our clients' needs. Duties will include but not be limited to: Electrical Testing and Tagging. RCD Testing. Minor repair work. Fault reporting. Assisting with Essential Safety Measure servicing. Promote and protect our business in all aspects of operations and delivery. THE RIGHT PERSON To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have: Test and tag experience preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and computer skills. The ability to maintain a highly professional image of the company to customers and staff. Australian work rights are required for this position. Required certifications including Police Check, WWC card, Level II First Aid, and White card must be obtained within the first month of employment. Essential skills for this role include: Well presented, reliable and punctual. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and efficiently. Display a high level of attention to detail. Ability and willingness to learn and develop skills and continually improve. Further desirable skills include: Electrical experience or training. Some WHS knowledge will be beneficial. As the successful candidate, you will be offered award remuneration package.
